I completed my BSc (Hons) Master's by thesis and PhD in Horticulture (Pomology) from the Institute of Horticultural Sciences, University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan. During my master’s and PhD, I worked with my research group on phenological clocking across seasons for future fruit modelling and Morpho-Chemical, physiological, and Genetic profiling of indigenous and exotic guava accessions for better commercial orcharding with respect to climate change (CC). We established the 1st Guava GPU from Pakistan by collecting accessions in an experimental fruit garden (UAF), Pakistan. I also worked as a Research Associate (RA) in a Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) funded research project in the lab. During 2021-2025. I joined the Batley Lab at the University of Western Australia as a visiting Research Fellow with research aimed at genetic characterisation using (SNPs) molecular markers for Guava germplasm using Pakistani indigenous and exotic accessions. My previous and present research work, aligned with the UN's SDGs, contributes to SDG-2 and SDG-13 to the best of my abilities and capabilities.
